All sales are final. 

Defective product may be returned for a replacement if it is not eligible for the warranty. Any item that has been used will qualify under the warranty program. Any product that has yet to be used and is defective may be returned for a replacement part. Elevated Sideline is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the product or negligence of the user of the product. It is the responsibility of the users to take proper precautions while using the product. As a caution the user should always check their surroundings and not use the system when injury may occur. Examples of user negligence include, but are not be limited to, elevating the system under overhead wires which causes electrical shock, using the system on un-even ground, and using the system in windy conditions. Please take responsibility in using the system safely and as intended.
